I have emailed customer services in regards to the above mentioned product, which i couldn't' track. Murugesan said that he/she will look into it, and never came back to me. I always first need to nag them to get an answer. After I told them that my friend who also ordered these vitamins on the same day never received the correct amount and received at least half of it on exactly the two weeks limit, they finally said they don't have stock any more. This is my fourth week coming up and still no delivery. They even sent me an email to rate their services?! How can I rate it when i haven't received my parcel which I paid for immediately? I emailed them on the 25th and on the 26th and will do so again until I get a response. This was my first time making use of them, and I surely won't do it again. I feel that when a supplier puts up a special for a certain amount of days, they need to make sure that there will be enough stock. Now this has become my problem. Will I even get my money back?!
