On the 28th of August I made a purchase of a Telefuken camcorder. My transaction was processed because I received feed back via email from groupon. Its now the 26th September and still no camcorder, this after numerous phone calls. I dont want my money back because it would have cost me in the long run, with transaction fees ect. I want Groupon to honour the deal they made.
In the interim stop clogging my inbox with deals you mcannot honour.
