Bad Taste in my mouth

I purchased a voucher in July 2013 for a supplier GBC Salon. I already missed out on another deal because of peoples incompetency!!! I have been trying to get hold of the supplier for 3 months until I called to complain.taariq has confirmed that it will be escalated, I will receive. Answer after 48 hours. Its been almost a week no answer!!! The consultants are extremely unprofessional and I've had to call 5 times within in a week to follow up myself seriously!!! Is this the type of service you render? I have a family member working at fin 24 and I am definitely asking them to do a story on this company offering bad service.
