I AM STILL WAITING!!!

How many times does one have to ask for a simple delivery or even simpler: PROPER FEEDBACK AND KEEPING PROMISES.

I still don't have my coffee machine despite my continued complaint on this forum and despite answering me and despite promises.

Having a quick glance at the complaints on this forum and having spoken to suppliers that worked with Groupon, the business model leaves much to question. Groupon or the suppliers clearly ovverun orders to the available stock for the promotion either then 1. Letting consumers wait for new stock or 2. simply quickly cancelling the transaction, first with a voucher so that they can keep on buying and Groupon don't lose money, or if they complain a quick refund.

This is breach of the Consumer Protection Act and I will be bringing this to their attention. I would urge other disgruntled customers to follow suit as it will be the only way Groupon will review the business model or be held accountable for the current atrocious business state and non-delivery.

As per my e-mail Shouneez, I still don't have my coffee machine. Please refund me IMMEDIATELY interest for every day that you charged for a product your supplier never had.
