I had called in to the call centre and said that I smsed my unique code 2 weeks prior and that no one had called me back. The consultant then took down my cellphone number and said that someone would call me back and that was 3 weeks ago I am disgusted in the type of customer service that you give your clients. I hope that by complaining on this website hoping that I can get my complaint resolved.asap!!! Very disappointed client
