I purchased an evoucher via FNB cellphone banking to the value of R800. On the 30th of August 2012.
I was told I'd receive a voucher number as well as UNIQUE PIN via an sms. Upon visiting Mr Price (the company for which the voucher was purchased) i was told i needed a unique code, which ofcource i had not received yet.
I forgot about the voucher till two weeks ago which is my own fault, unfortunately the incompetence i then had to deal with has driven me to this point.
I called ebucks after holding for a massive amount of time, a consultant told me that they do not issue a unique code, they then put me on hold again while double checking. It was then confirmed that it is the cell phone banking duty not theirs.
I then called cellphone banking who told me that it wouldn't be possible to send the unique code, after being put on hold yet again this was confirmed.
I then called the next day only to be told that the pin CAN be sent again, i requested this, i was told to wait five working days. Since then i have followed up my calls and was told it will only require two days to receive. After being put on hold again, that was confirmed.
A week now. And still nada
