I have purchased Life Hotel Ballito deal on the 6/8/13 with my credits and paid outstanding amount of R170 INSTEAD OF R167. Paid at the ATM. Instead of receiving the voucher i was told the my purchased failed. Groupon credited my R232 outstanding R170. I have been calling them promised to refund. I have sent all necessy docs. The deal was advirtised again today i called spoke to Zulfar she promised she will sort out so that money goes into my credits so that i buy this deal again. When i call them they sent me from pillar to post promising as usual. Until the deal closes again today.
