I bought an online photography course from Groupon as a gift for my wife. My wife persevered trying to do the course, but the website was not user friendly and was dreadfully slow to the point that it just hung and hung. I logged a problem with the vendor directly but got no response. On the 7th of August I logged a problem with Groupon. I have sent 2 more emails but get nothing other than an automated email acknowledging my email.
