No response on refunds

I am so tired of fighting
with groupon since ive placed my order on the 4th of dec 2012. First i waited a month, then they deliver with missing components which took another 17 days to deliver. Then i receive the tablet only to find that it was used already. Box was damaged, plactic wrappings opened even the plastic protection on the tablet! I refuse to use this item and ive been asking for a refund witn no response!!!
