I am not usually an online buyer, but with Groupon i thought it was safe. I have one bad experience and this is with Bammodels. I purchased a Bammodels voucher for a photoshoot last December 2012. I called the company in January 2013 to set an appointment and I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the number provided on the voucher. I tried for 3 weeks and when I eventually got a hold of someone (Neville) early one morning before 9am. I was told that there is shoots throughout the day and they are always doing commercials therefore I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. This is now February 2013. So I booked the shoot for March 2013 as February 2013 was fully booked and there was NOO way that they could have fitted me in. when i called in Feb, they said they had no record of me, moved me to 01/06, called closer to the time - no records of the booking, they then moved me to 06/07, phoned again and they said i was moved to 20/07.i called last week and Neville says he is in hospital and they will have to move me. i called Groupon and lay a complaint as this seems to be a and i have lost money. this is horrible. i havent received any feedback from Groupon till date. UNFAIR
