So Groupon SA has taken me for a ride for long enough not refunding.
Call the bank and they suggest "Visa Chargeback"
Fill in a few forms, wait a few days and presto my money is back in my account... as I said Groupon, I dont care what your 'policies' are if you dont deliver Im legally entitled to a refund AND if you wont give it willingly the bank will just take it from you.
I recommend that all those complaining on here about refunds do the same, its far easier than Groupons customer service.
