I really dont know what to say now. After my last complaint a week ago Groupon called me and made promises. They credited my groupon account with R399 (I dont want to buy from Groupon anymorel, I want my money back into my bank account!) and what happened to the R900 and the R699? I have lodged a complaint with the consumer protector and will be opening a criminal case against you. Please do not call me if you have no intention to refund me or give me what I bought. This is very unethical and will come back to bite you. How would you feel if over R2000 was debited from your account but you dont get what you paid for. You are inhuman and I wish your company the worst as everyday there are new complaints about you. Just look at Hellopete
