We recently purchased a coupon for a hot air balloon ride for Discover
Ballooning, through Collective Cow.
I have made several attempts via email and phone to contact this company,
but they have been completely unresponsive. I managed to get in contact
with Wreford once, but since then he has not confirmed my booking, nor
answered my email queries.
I am incredibly dissatisfied with the lack of response and organization of
the company. I want my money back.
