Watches Not Delivered

I had ordered 2 watches with Wicount and the items were promised to be delivered approximately 14 days from the date of purchase. I have been promised to recieve the Items but with no luck.

I purchased the items in May and now we are approaching the end of July and to no avail. I have been patient but it is wearing thin
