I purchased a deal online for 2 solar lamps - when I recieved them one is faulty. I mailed on 10/06/2013 to report fault and STILL no reply to this day. I have since mailed again and called in and GUESS WHAT still no reply.
I am now very annoyed.
I have 7 days to report a fault yet i have waited more than 7 days for a reply to my mail.
Someone needs to tell me how I can swop my broken unit for a working one and there better be no extra charge to me now.
