I ordered a product on the 12th of December - it never arrived. I sent an email query. I did not receive a reply to my query. (from Jan the 2nd). I finally managed to get through to a real live person after a half an hour wait - who said that they would resolve the issue - that even though I had made the order, as well as paid. MY ORDER WAS NOT PUT THROUGH. That person never got back to me. I phoned again yesterday - another 20 minute wait, to be told that they weren't even sure there was any of what I ordered in stock. She promised she would get back to me yesterday by day end. NOTHING. I have been patient and understanding... but this is ridiculous. I have ordered online from countries all over the world and have never experienced such a useless and badly managed "online store". I will never order anything from Groupon again. I'ts almost a month after Christmas, and my present still hasn't arrived. Not for lack of trying on my part. Come on guys, there really is no excuse for this sort of service. Sort it out.
