Pathetic service from staff

I bought a spa voucher on groupon 4th May wanted to surprise my Mom, then the Monday I called spoke to Taariq who informed me that he needs to do a refund as the place is close. Somehow incorrect info was given in the meantime he submitted the refund, the following day I see the same special advertised call 0212017000 I am told the place does exist I asked for a Team Leader the transfer you then you get voicemail. I since have been calling sending emails to groupon and with no luck can I get my refund. What a bunch of incompetant working for this company nobody seems to care to get your issue resolved. They said thing is that a friend of mine also had the same problem some months ago and it seems that the service has not yet changed. EVERYBODY GIVES YOU THE SAME TREATMENT I DO NOT CARE... Well I want my refund ASAP.
