Wicount
Where is this produce

At the beginning of April, my boss purchased a Wicount - iPhone and iPod FM Transmitter. As at today's date - nearly two months after ordering - there is still no sign of this item. I cannot begin to count how many calls I've made to Wicount and how many e-mails have been sent to them. Both they and the supplier are useless. The tracking number provided is non existent. WHERE IS THIS ITEM??? I am rapidly running out of what little patience I have left.
