I bought a Spa voucher on groupon in November, I experienced problems when I tried to make a booking with the Spa and I brought this to the attention of Groupon customer services. I demanded a refund as I really don't want to go through the same experience I had with that spa.
I sent Groupon my banking details as they requested but I have been waiting for over ten days now. Clearly it can't take that long to investigate my issue... You are a customer service department, Cum'on!!!
Honestly I am reluctant to buy any stuff from Groupon in future, this was going to be my first experience using their services.
