I took up an offer in December 2012 which was subsequently cancelled by Groupon after I had paid. Only after i called did they tell me the offer was called off. They then promised to pay back my money into my account nothing has happened.
I have sent them proof of payment four times now, have called them probably 20 times but am being put from pillar to post.
None of their management are ever available or return messages.
It's been six months of waiting in frustration.
I am so and will never use groupon again
