Eventhough i have about 8 e-mails stating i have been refunded- i have NOT and pls can a REAL person contact me- i don"t want anymore emails from your useless zendesk informing me i have been refunded when in fact i have not been- get your act together. and i have supplied you c my banking details and proof of payment more than 6 times. voque hair promotion just phone me and sort it out- your customer services don't answer eithe
