No Refund, No Feedback, Merchant no longer in biz

I am really considering unsubscribing from your service.

I have had too many problems to mention. I am considering complaining on HelloPeter as well.

These are my problems:

1. Regarding the Hombaze deal which I paid R160.00 for. I complained about the service and was told that I would be refunded. To date, my bank has confirmed that no such refund was made.

2. I paid R159.00 for a Fairlady subscription but was informed by your call centre that payment was not received. I forwarded my credit card statement and have yet to receive a response. I was cut off twice by your call centre today. Since your calls are recorded, you should be able to verify this.

3. I tried to redeem the voucher for the "Save up to 70% on a pedicure with a foot scrub, Gelish gel overlays, and a foot reflexology session at Beauty We Go" deal today but can't get a hold of the establishment. The contact no. on the voucher doesn't work any longer - surely this isn't my problem?! In an attempt to get an additional contact number - other than the one supplied by Groupon, I came across many unsavoury reviews about this establishment, connected with the Groupon deal.
