I ARRIVED BACK FROM A TRIP ON 2 NOV AND MY LUGGAGE HAS NEVER BEEN FOUND. I HAD TO FOLLOW PROTOCOL AND ABIDE TO WAITING PERIODS, WHICH I PATIENTLY DID. I THEN FILLED IN MY CLAIM FORMS AND SUBMITTED THIS ON 27/11. I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAS TO GO TO FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND SHOULD RECEIVE A PAYOUT BY 28 DEC. AS AT 13 DEC NOTHING HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED, NEVER MNID RECEIVED. EVENTUALLY ON 17 JAN I WAS PAID A MINUSCUAL AMOUNT, LESS THAN 20% OF THE VALUE. I CAN BARELY REPLACE THE SUITCASE TO BE QUITE HONEST. I ONLY HAD 2 OR 3 GIFTS WHICH I WAS IN POSSESSION OF THE PROOF OF PURCHASE. WHEN I CALLED ON 21 JAN, TO QUERY THE PAYMENT AMOUNT, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT FULLY REFUND THE LOSSES, THEY ONLY COMPENSATE YOU FOR LOST LUGGAGE. I WAS NEVER ADVISED THIS. SO I HAVE REQUESTED THIS BE REVIEWED. NOT ONE PERSON HAS RESPONDED TO ME. I TRAVEL 8-10 TIME PER YEAR ON BUSINESS AND HAVE NEVER ONCE HAD A PROBLEM SO DO NOT FEEL THAT THIS IS BEING HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY OR FAIRLY.
