On Jan 17 we booked and paid for approx R16000 worth of air flights through Harvey World Travel Gateway.
The tickets were never paid for by Harvey World Travel. So, the booking has lapsed and we have lost our money.
The MD of Harvey World Travel's Head Office is "very sorry" but its a franchise so they accept no fiscal responsibility. They will assist but nether reimburse or sort out our tickets at their expense.

We have over eighty Harvey World Travel agencies in South Africa, ."
As customers we choose brands that we feel we can trust with our hard earned money. It' s not right that brands can disclaim responsibility when it suits them and not ensure that customers get their money back. STAND BY YOUR BRAND - do the honourable thing!
