Tickets for a flight early September already booked in July, Credit Card detail was supplied and even got the confirmation e-mail... but when you arrive at the counter to book in for your flight... no such tickets booked! What? After having to purchase the tickets available on the night (being lucky enough there were tickets still available) I have now contacted a Customer Service Manager, who will "investigate" and get back to me... however, this is a bit of a serious "mistake". This was a mistake and we should take the responsibility ourselves to ensure that the tickets are fully booked.
