Cancellation of Membership

On 26 July I phoned Flexiclub and spoke to Arny Nortje in order to cancel my membership with Flexiclub as I am leaving the country. I sent them the following email:
Good day Arny
As discussed telephonically, I would like to hereby inform you of the cancellation of my membership and the subsequent forfeiting of my points at the end of this debit order run. My last debit order for this year goes off on 1 August 2013. This is due to the fact that I will be leaving the country in January 2014.
Please note: We have a confirmed reservation for the use of our points in St Lucia from 6-13 December 2013. I hereby request written confirmation from Flexiclub (Club Leisure) that this existing will not be affected by the above cancellation notification. (This was discussed with yourself on 26 July 2013 at 12:46).
Further note that I request written confirmation that my bank account will not be debited on 1 October 2013 due to the above cancellation request.

I had not heard from them so phoned again only to be told that the decision needs to come from management. I cannot accept this and I have not heard from them again.
