POOR BAD SERVICE!!!

WOW Just when the first problem is solved the next one starts!!!

So yesterday morning I call the call centre for an additional data bundle to be loaded... First the lady informs me sh cannot see the My Meg 250 to load it she will log a request to load it... so I never received the SMS stating the request is in progress. I call the call centre again they inform me but the data bundle that I requested yesterday morning was loaded on the 7th!! so it was not done. after i dropped the call twice requesting to talk to a supervisor (after 10 mitutes that I was on hold both times) I called a 3rd time! I was fighting believe me after another 10 min on hold I get the SMS your data bundle has been loaded! but guess what still no supervisor!!!

I dont know why there is supervisors because thee almost never ever talk to you or call you back!
