BB 9380 was taken up via the FNB smartphone offer in July 2012. The phone never serve its purpose from the time i recieved it making me use my old 8520 as the battery kept getting hot and dying, under CPA this was a breach of contract as the phone was never used for its intended purposes. It has affected my work badly on the comms side. Cellc has replaced the original unit last month but the new one does the same thing, i have since returned it to east rand mall. All i want is a phone that works and it seems that i am paying for a contract that i have never used. If this matter is not resolved accordingly i will go to the CPA and ensure that i get reimbursed form all my efforts
