I requested a settlement amount on my 0844555531 contract with cell c. Was advised once i settle i must send threw proof of payment which i did and request that the number be converted to prepaid. I have had no response from cell c about converting my number to prepaid as i have settled the account. Instead i have now received another R235 airtime which im sure they will want to bill me for.
So far i have had terrible service from cell c.
