Shocking service

I booked in my phone on the 9th March 2013for repair and on the 11th when I got the quote I called the call centre to reject the quote and it was rejected. The gentleman that I spoke to told me my phone will be at the store within 48hrs, which was supposed to be the 13TH March 2013. I went to check the phone on the 16th March 2013 and the phone was not at the store yet. I just called the call centre again today to ask when am I getting my phone and the response I get from the Michael is and I quote "normally it takes 48hrs for the phone to be dispatched to the store so as am in the call centre and not the repair centre I cannot say why it is still not at the store"

The service that I am getting from MTN is totally unacceptable. Why should my phone be kept at mtn for 10 days because it's not going to be repaired.

The service is so pathetic, I am never buying a phone from mtn again.
