Porting my number to MTN

I visited MTN Fourways Mall Branch on Thursday last week to to port my number from Cell C. A lady tried to help me but said she couldn't because the system was not working. She gave me the sim card and asked me to come back the next day. I tried again on Friday and again i was told the system was down and they would keep trying. Later that day i received a message that my Port had been successful and i should go and RICA. I rushed to the MTN branch and the gentleman who was serving failed and blamed it on a system problem. He then took photocopies of my passport and proof of residence and promised he would do it on Saturday. I never got any feedback again since Saturday and my number is still not ported. I am potential customer but the guys at Fourways Mall don't seem to care
