I applied for a new contract a week ago. There was a problem with the processing and approval of the contract. I send all the required documents. The consultant is unable to help me further and I have been waiting for a manager to contact me to resolve the problem on their side. I got the contact number for the vetting department from the consultant to phone MTN as the are struggling to make a call to me, without success. They just transfered me back to sales. MTN PLEASE GIVE YOUR MANAGERS A PHONE SO THAT THEY CAN PHONE ME OR I CAN PHONE THEM.
