I upgraded to a Blackberry Curve 9230 in Sept 2012, ever since then I am having problems making/receiving calls and sms. I can only us bbm and intternet
First they ask me to do a sim swop that I did, that didn't work, then they sent my phone away for 6 weeks to be repaired. Yesterday I received it back and still I am having the same problem.
If I put another sim card into my phone then everything works, and if I put my sim in another blackberry then I can do everything. But my sim don't want to work in my phone.
I was sitting at the CellC shop from 9 this morning but nobody can help me, they want to sent my phone away again to do what??? Can I cancell this whole contract to enable me to take out a new contract with another service provider that will give me a phone that is working.
I think this whole issue is reflecting bad on Blackberry, because I have this phone for 6 months but it wasn't working for 1 month and now they tell me after the 3 time sending it away for repairs they can only give me one that is actually working
