I received my phone 01/02/2013 and i was using it until the 13/02/2013 when i started to notice my battery life on my iphone 5 was terrible, my colleague got his the 02/02/2013 he battery lasted two days where my battery lasted 6hours we had the same apps, i took my phone to vodacom repairs in canal walk the 17/02/2013 and a software update was done i recieved the phone back the 25/02/2013, and i experienced more problems with my iphone 5 software, example i cant face time which means i cant there are more apps that does not work on my phone, i am paying for a phone which is most of the time in repairs, i was told i when i got the phone back that if i get problems the phone will be replaced, i phoned the repairs centre and i was told that i need to bring the phone in and they need to send it away for repairs again. this is extremely poor service from vodacom. if i could i would cancel my contract with vodacom.
