I took out a new contract with Vodacom in December 2012, because i am having problems with the MTN network in the area. i stay about 3 km from a vodacom tower and thought this will help. it is even worst than MTN. I have sent this complaint to vodacom but had no response. I am still paying for the contract, but can not use it. My area code is 2200. Can someone help me??? or do i need to contact the consumer board for assistance?
