Once again we have received bad service from cell c. we where promised on hello Peter responds from the manager at cel c at the kimberley branch, but no luck at all. we still have the faulty cell c phone, which is very bad. ever since logging a complaint on the 4th of February no one seemed to have came back to us except someone called TK on that responded email on hello peter.
i have recently been approached by bayport who is a financial institute who is also celling cell phones.
they made me an offer for a two cell phone deal, which i almost excepted, but after seeing that they are making use of cell c i immediately stopped the consultant before he could finish the deal. i told him that i want nothing to do with cell c and that my family and friends also feel the same way since it was not our first encounter with the service provider. we dont want this cell c phone anymore since its giving us endless problems.
