Frankly I am sick and tired of not getting any feedback from the MTN insurance call centre. I lost my phone on the 01-02-2014, I reported the matter so the phone could be blocked. I faxed the claim forms on the 03-02-2014, I e-mailed the same claim form on the 05-02-2014. I have not had any responce from the MTN Insurance whatsoever. According to the recording on 083 123 6084, their turn around time should be 24 - 48hours. According to my calculations its been 96 hours already, I just have the reference number #7709730.
