Account overcharged and breach of contract

On the 27th of March 2013, I applied for aTelkom Mobile Saver 2 contract for R249 per month of which as per advert comes with a Blackerry 9790 including free BIS as well as R100 airtime. Contract was approved on the 28th and phone collected at the Alberton City branch on the 02nd April. From day 1, I raised a concern that BIS was not loaded, sent several emails, complained at the branch and made phone calls to customer care until on the 14th of June when I received an email from 8ta advising that the recurring blackberry service with 500MB was activated - to my suprise my account was debited for R308 and not the R249 as per contract signed. So I am billed for the R59 BIS, CLIP and itemised billing of which are supposed to be free as per Saver 2 contract taken. I have again taken the matter up by emails as well as phone calls but to no success. 8ta does not have interest in solving my complain as it has now been nine month that I have been dealing with one issue of which is not getting solved. I have no option but to ask that contract be cancelled as this is a breach of the contract by 8ta.
