Lost Cellphone

I took in my cellphone for repairs at the store on 03 January 2014. Everything seemed fine, was getting informed of the progress from the repair centre.

My cellphone was replaced with a new unit which according to the repairs department was sent to the store. I went to collect the cellphone. The store tells me it was received and signed for by a certain Joelle. They apparently do not know who this person is. I have been waiting for them to find the cellphone to no avail. Now I have to deal with the inconvienience of not having a cellphone when the lack of controls was on their side.

Poor service.
