I have complained on a number of occasions regarding the Vodacom onlne service where one is supposed to be able to check billing balances, airtime, data etc.
This service has not been working on a few of my accounts with them. They do NOTHING about it, except giving me a reference number and some long pathetic story of how sorry they are...
Now, I don't even seem to get response from them anymore... maybe they blocked the complaints from Hellopeter when they see my name...
Needless to say, what I have to say to them is... Bad form Vodacom, very bad form!
