HOLDING ON FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS TO GET THROUGH!!!

After I have paid my cell phone account on Thursday, my phone was suspended today (Monday). However, trying to get through to get my phone connected is just impossible. I have been holding on for nearly 2, 5 hours!! No reply!!! The MTN call centre is (one of) the most pathetic in this country!!! As I am sending this message, I am STILL holding on...
