Trying to upgrade its Impossible

Our data contract came to its end in December and now we would like to upgrade, do you think its possible!!! NNNNOOO we have the computer but NO modem! cant tell you when you will receive your modem!! but please pay the bill on time!! You just cannot speak to anyone on a managerial position and if you ask you get told to hang on and this will be indeffinately until you get cut off. As a family we have four contracts with vodacom and im serious;y considering moving to another provide
