Please people whatever you do, don't even consider business with Vodacom ever. I've been successful in sending this complaint to companies to expose their service. 35 e-mails later and still no call from the MD even though he was included in the e-mails, after i begged him to call me, not even from his subsidised company phone could Mr Robert call me. Mr Robert sure don't think I'm good enough to get a call from him, surely his incompetent managers can fix my problem coz since when does MD's call their clients back? After they messed me around they collected my phone and apparently had it fixed, guess what the phones got exactly the same problems, besides they didn't even give me a copy of the things they fixed, wait they couldn't find my phone after an hour of looking. I'm so frustrated with their service I can't believe after 11years of supporting this company they actually treat you like they don't need you. Mr Robert I suggest you sit back, relax, don't call your customers and watch the space!
