I have 3 Cell C contracts. One of the phones was in October and i immediately called the call centre to have it blocked. they were great, empathized and blocked the handset... or so they said. turns out they blocked the handset that i called from... and for 3 months I've been trying to get it corrected. they handset blocked is also my contract phone, which my teenage daughter uses. how important is it for teenagers to have communication these days, very! so n1 city branch tells me to get an affidavit to say that the wrong cell was blocked, why should i run around and wait in q's at a police station, when cell c blocked the wrong phone. never mind the fact that my handset is being fully enjoyed. at least 5 trips to n1 city cell c, promised to have the regional manager call me and assist with the authorization to unblock and still no call and phone blocked. So apparently they can do it, no one just cares enough to fix the mess they caused. my money wasted on a contract going in for 4 months. hence this post. cell c if you out there, get it right and unblock the phone that i pay for, on time, every month!!
