My cell phone is barred every single month for over use, I do not understand as this is a contract, I use, you bill I pay, although with my situation my cell gets blocked, and I loose business I phone every month to unblock it an it takes 3 days, this is unacceptable my phone is blocked now, I can not work, i have called the call centre 3 times and have been on hold for 20min with no answer, I would like to be ported off of Altech as my service provider and move directly to cell c, going with Altech is definitely a mistake, and not an easier option, OPEN MY LINE YOU ARE LOOK ING ME MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING ME WITH THE FLIPPING SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR!!!
