Vodacom delays for 8 months

July 2012, upgraded & submitted forms 4 transfer of acc from mom 2 my name. All forms were submitted & correct. Vodacom continued 2 debit mom, Nov 2012 put stop order on mom acc. 5/12/12 got msg 2 say acc in arrears. Phoned billings & spoke 2 a guy name Sam who tells me the procedure of transfer & i told him i had already done all that. Said he wanted proof of the transfer being effected, i replied Vodacom has all the forms & voice recordings so what proof am i supposed to give? He replied "Maam, we not getting anywhere, so im ending this call". RUDE! Went back 2 the Vodacom outlet where 1st submitted (Greenstone) & resubmitted 6/12/12.Went back 12 days later 2 be told acc in arrears so nothing was done. Went 2 Std Bank 2 pay acc & thought transfer would go through. Jan 2013, got another msg 2 say acc in arrears & found out Vodacom still not done transfer. Went 2 Std Bank to pay again 21/12/12.1/2/13 phone was, went 2 block no. but not allowed cos still not acc holder so had 2 be done by salesperson. Feb13 acc still not transferred & in arrears again.3/2/12, phoned Vodacom again, no help. I'm charged add. 4 Vodacom delays..pathetic. Why not done in July12 in the 1st place? Customer care = a joke!
