6 week repairs and phone still not fixed!

I sent my phone in for repairs on the 10th of November for a problem with the speaker, and after 4 weeks I got it back, I had to send it back the same day as it had another problem and needed a software update,
After a week I went into the mtn store on the Bluff at Bluff towers, and was told that they were fixing the phone, I went home to phone HVRC (repair center) and was told that they had not received the phone.
Mtn bluff then sent the phone in after it was in the back of their shop on the shelf.
I was without my phone for 6 weeks, and was told they have no replacement phones to give me while mine is in for repairs.

And after the 6 weeks that my phone was in for repairs I still have a problem with the speaker. I was still charged for the phone that I did not have.
All I get told by mtn Bluff is that I can contact HVRC directly to complain or just book my phone in for repairs again and wait another 4 weeks
as there is nothing more they can do!
