Good Morning,

I upgraded and took out a new contract in March 2013. On the 16th of June 2013 i handed my cell phone in for repairs at the bluff branch (Durban) as it would not charge via a wall socket and only through a laptop. This issue started in April 2013. It took 6 weeks to sort out my phone, My husband picked it up yesterday and guess what it wont charge through a wall socket. Only my PC. There is nothing wrong with my wall socket at home as it chargers my other 2 BB just fine. So frankly i am now really annoyed that this was not sorted out. I was very patient and waited for 6 weeks. I called the bluff store today to report this and was told to bring the phone in again and he will send it for repairs. Totally unacceptable. Please note the sales people at bluff have been very accommodating and understanding, it is YOUR SUPPLIERS (REPAIRS PEOPLE) did they check this was working first. WELL i am not taking phone in for another 6 weeks. Its either a new phone (model after my 1) or please cancel my contract with extra chargers on my side. I am so tired of complaning to you people about your service, it is shocking. i have 2 contracts with u. its the CELL C contract i need sorted
