Week 8 without a home phone and ADSL

I first reported the line out of order at the end of October and then a week later at the beginning of November. What started as a crossed line is now a totally dead phone line as well as an ADSL Line. I get sms updates telling me the line has been repaired and then when I get home and try it, it is totally DEAD. My ADSL line is completely down and I have now had to resort to ADSL as I work from home at times with an extremely pressurised job and also have a 6 month old baby at home. This is NOW rediculous.

I got told the underground cables are bust and need to be repaired then phone the next day to be told they have then again the next they still broken. NO ONE tells me the say story and I am without a phone line and an ADSL line. I urgently need this repaired as I work from home most of the time during December and require contact with the outside world. Why should i pay for a service that isn't working? Is there anyone out there who can assist me? I am extremely upset!
