My mother bought my baby brother tablet wit cell c and the phone gave him problems he took it to midrand for repair and they brought the phone back saying they cannot fix it because is going to cost them more to my surprise the phone was cracked. And I told them that I cannot accept the phone back as it was not cracked Lizel said she will send the email to repair center to find out what happened and she will give me a feed back within 48 hours an I waited for for 14 days no one gave me a call to explain what happened today I went to midrand to find out what is happening and Lizel said to me she forwarded the email to their supervisor and she will definitely give me a call today and she never called me.
